Womens Running 10k Series – Liverpool

Back in 1872 Prince Arthur opened Sefton Park and dedicated it “for the health and enjoyment of the townspeople”. Liverpool is now, of course, a massive conurbation but this 235 acre parkland jewel offers us a wonderful traffic free ‘road’ course, easily accessible for all runners in the north west.
A very gently undulating two-lap course route will be creatively packaged within the park and will make for excellent viewing for friends and family alike. Great parking facilities all around the park will ease your arrival and getaway.

As well as taking part in a professionally organised 10k race, entrants will also get a pre-race warm up led by an expert from Women’s Running magazine, pacers covering a variety of distances to help you achieve your target time, a top quality goody bag and medal for every finisher, a post run warm down with tea and cake and a personalised text message containing your race time and personal statistics from the day.

Entry costs £25 and there are discounts available for groups.
