With leggit’s training guides and supportive tips and advice; starting running doesn’t have to be scary or intimidating as the programmes are broken down to make them fun, manageable and easy to follow and fit around your lifestyle.
Our Beginner’s programme starts you off at a walking pace and helps you to progress to a light jog, and then on to a comfortable running pace in just 6 weeks. Its not just your running speed that will increase in that time, by the end of the programme your running distance will be approximately 5K and your running confidence will be sky high!
