Beginner’s Training Guide

NEW TRAINING GUIDE RELEASED - Brand new training guide released specifically for those who have just started running or are thinking about starting running. Whether you’ve never run before, or are trying to get back into running aftere a break due to injury or personal circumstances, this programme is a step by step guide designed to help improve your running ability and running confidence in just six weeks!

FREE Beginners Training Programme

Here at Leggit we understand that running can be a daunting prospect – especially if you’re a bit out of practice! Thats why this programme is broken down into short sessions and why the exercises are designed to help you build up your running at a steady and safe pace. The most important thing is that running will not only keep you fit but will also help you de stress and above all should be fun! By the end of the 6 week period you will have improved from a walking pace to a comfortable jogging pace and should be able to cover a distance of about 5 kilometres (3 miles).

Now all that you need to do, is to get started!

NEW TRAINING GUIDE RELEASED - Leggit.co.uk have just released a brand new training guide for beginners looking to have a go at a half marathon. This is a great way to help you get motivated and focused in your training – especially if you have an upcoming race or event.

The Leggit.co.uk training programme is broken down into easy steps which you can follow on a week by week basis to build up your running ability. The Leggit programme spans a period of 12 weeks – giving you plenty of time to prepare for that all importnat race or event.
