The 12 week, step by step guide will teach you new running techniques to push your fitness and running ability up to the next level. This is a great programme to follow if you have an upcoming half marathon race or event, or even if you dont have an event in mind but are looking to beat a personal best running time.

It’s getting to that time of year when more and more half marathon dates are being announced and confirmed. It’s always best to give yourself plenty of time beforehand to start your training and to plan it well – the last thing you want to do is to over-exercise in the weeks leading up to the race and cause yourself a painful injury.
