With this years London Marathon looming, the Leggit team have been working hard to put together a FREE Intermediate training programme for runners looking to complete a Marathon in a Sub 4 hour time.

Our programmes are written by our resident Personal Trainer Pete Morton who specialises in running and span a 16 week period ( just enough time to get your training up to scratch for the Virgin London Marathon if you’re quick!)

The programme will test your ability to pace yourself and helps you learn to train at an easy, medium and hard pace (rather than flat out all of the time) which will help you to not only complete the distance, but also cross the finish line in a commendable sub four hour Marathon time.

In addition to the programme, you also have the added support of tracking the progress of Sam, a member of the team who is attempting the London Marathon for the first time in 2010.
