Whether you’ve never run before, or are trying to get back into running aftere a break due to injury or personal circumstances, this programme is a step by step guide designed to help improve your running ability and running confidence in just six weeks!

Here at Leggit we understand that running can be a daunting prospect – especially if you’re a bit out of practice! Thats why this programme is broken down into short sessions and why the exercises are designed to help you build up your running at a steady and safe pace. The most important thing is that running will not only keep you fit but will also help you de stress and above all should be fun! By the end of the 6 week period you will have improved from a walking pace to a comfortable jogging pace and should be able to cover a distance of about 5 kilometres (3 miles).
